Once you register your device at the fitbit.com site the stats will automatically start to sync. You can do it with PCs, Macs, iPhone 4S, and the 3rd generation iPad. The online tools at the fitbit site helps you to log your food consumption, water in take, weight and workouts. Fitbit database already have information about these activities, so adding such data is easy.
